The most successful pairs of the Nineties, is back
>> Saturday, October 13, 2007
Though his first independent production, under the banner, Anil Kapoor Films Company, the 20-crore GANDHI MY FATHER, could not do much at the Box Office, life moves on for one of the greatest survivors of our times, Anil Kapoor.
Anil now plans to bring back on screen one of the most successful pairs of the Nineties, the 'dhak-dhak' girl, Madhuri Dixit and himself. Anil recently expressed his tentative plans (bordering more on desire!) to produce a film, featuring himself and Madhuri Dixit, perhaps next year.
For those who do not know, the pair gave some of the biggest hits of their careers together like TEZAAB, RAM LAKHAN and BETA, to mention a few. They were last seen in Rajkumar Santoshi's PUKAR, the film that fetched Anil Kapoor, the National Award for best actor.
